L’association Prév’Avenir, initiative de CREARTDREAM incarnée par Mme NZAZI Maëva etM. NZAZI Sunda en tant que Présidente et Vice-président, se présente comme une réponse décisive à la fracture sociale, numérique et à la problématique du chômage persistante.
Au cœur de l’approche de Prév’Avenir réside la conviction que la solidarité, l’inclusion et l’emploi sont des piliers essentiels pour surmonter ces disparités. Mme NZAZI Maëva et M. NZAZI Sunda aspirent à instaurer un changement positif réel au sein de la communauté en mettant à contribution leurs compétences et ressources. L’association se positionne ainsi comme un catalyseur d’opportunités, offrant un soutien significatif aux individus touchés par cette triple problématique.
Pour concrétiser leur engagement et atteindre leurs objectifs, Prév’Avenir a mis en place des ateliers orientés vers la réduction des inégalités sociales, numériques et l’insertion professionnelle. Ces ateliers, élaborés avec soin, visent à renforcer les compétences et l’autonomie des participants, favorisant ainsi leur intégration dans la sphère sociale, numérique et sur le marché de l’emploi. La création de ces espaces d’apprentissage reflète la volonté de Prév’Avenir d’apporter des solutions tangibles aux défis spécifiques rencontrés par la population du bassin crellois.
